Mind Numbing Boredom

The only thing of interest for me was the report that my N.Y Jets are talking to Brett Favre. It was boring, sideways action in a very tight range. The coal/steel group caught a bounce and the financials acted poorly. We had three fairly bullish data points but the market couldn't mount a rally. I didn't do much today other than put on some financial shorts in a very choppy environment. Chrysler announced they are no longer doing car leases. Smells real fishy.

I am a former hedge fund manager, broker and capital markets dude who now trades for his own account. I love what I do. I will try to post some stocks and an occasional chart that looks attractive for entry.I will also try to point out the idiocy of conventional wisdom and the lack of value added by the mainstream financial media.
