Alcoa will bring in the fourth quarter earnings season after the close today and the full flurry of reports will be in full swing in about a week.Don't forget the short covering ban will expire tomorrow night at midnight.Helluva job by Cox and the SEC on that one as the market absolutely plunged since the rules inception. It will be interesting to see if investors reload with a vengeance or just take their bat and all and go home.
Futures are catching a bounce this morning and the waters seem calm for now. Personally, at the risk of being a total grim reaper I'd like to see one last hard whack to 9000.
